Hi people,
I’ll be in Sydney for the FIEC conference in September and would love to catch up with as many of you as I can. Come and hear what God’s been doing amongst us at Forster.
I’ll be sharing at:

2. CoastEC Supporter’s Night.

CAMPING AT THE PALMS (15-17 OCTOBER)

Hey people,
Blow the dust off the tent and come camping with us down at Pacific Palms.
We’ll be taking it easy at Sandbar Caravan Park. Plenty of time to go for a surf, go fishing, or just chill out with some other people from CoastEC.
Arrive Friday night, leave Sunday lunch.
Day Trippers welcome.
It’s pretty much a byo thingo (even your own food).
As far as program goes, it’s mainly hanging out with 3 things planned:
1. Late Saturday arvo we’ll have a forum/discussion about where we’re at as a church and where we’re going;
2. Sat night we’ll do a combined dinner / bbq thing (so bring some $ to chip in).
3. Sunday morning – check out is 10am
4. Sunday 10.30am – we’ll be wrapping up our time away with pit-stop gathering @ The Green Cathedral to sing, pray and get into God’s word (next to the Sundowner Caravan Park, Tiona, on The Lakesway, Pacific Palms)
BBQ @ SOUTH ONE MILE (29TH AUGUST)

High School SRE Prayer Arvo – 18th August

At 4:15pm on Wednesday 18th Aug, Chris Ekins will be presenting a High School SRE proposal to the Forster Campus Board….what a GREAT opportunity!
So we thought this would be an excellent chance for us to join together and pray while this meeting is on.
Your welcomed to join us at 3:45pm (for a 4pm start, and 5pm finish), as we commit this meeting and local high school SRE to our awesome God.
We’ll be hanging out at Evan and Alicia Barnes’ place (8/9 Baird St Tuncurry), and everyone’s welcome.

IN THE BEGINNING (GENESIS 1-12) FROM 8TH AUGUST

Hey people,
The next big teaching series we’re tackling is Genesis chapters 1-12. We’ll be sussing out what God did in the beginning when he made the world and we’ll be seeing how His purposes for creation have been unfolding ever since. If you want to know why the world is the way it is, and how to live for God’s glory in the midst of it – you can’t miss this series.
We’ll be kicking off on 8th August – so plan to be there, or subscribe to the podcast.
You can also pick up some daily bible reading notes (a great resource from Central Coast EV Church) at the info table.

On 11th July, CoastEC will NOT be meeting at our usual venue (the Primary School). We will be meeting at the Scout Hall instead. (Cnr Lake and McIntosh Streets)
